Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reel Reception (the "Service"), a service of Reel Listings, operated by SnappyTech LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Program description
Reel Reception is a 24/7 AI phone receptionist for licensed real estate professionals. The Service answers inbound calls, responds to common questions about your business and listings, books showings and consultations on your Google Calendar, sends confirmation messages by email and SMS to callers, and routes urgent calls to your cell phone via warm transfer. Calls are summarized and logged in your dashboard.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or operating with the authorization of one) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your business, and your listings, and to keep that information current.
The Service is currently invite-only. Account access is granted by SnappyTech LLC.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Misrepresent your identity, brokerage, or licensing status
- Use the Service to make outbound solicitations or unsolicited bulk communications
- Upload illegal content, content that infringes another party's rights, or content you do not have authorization to publish
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass Service security
- Interfere with the Service, its providers, or other customers' use of it
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. SMS / text message program
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box during onboarding, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS communications from Reel Reception. This includes account notifications, customer-support responses, booking confirmations sent on your behalf to your callers, and other operational messages.
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. You may receive zero, a few, or many messages per week depending on how busy your line is.
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
For HELP, reply HELP.
To opt out, reply STOP.
After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from this program. To re-subscribe, contact support@reel-reception.com.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
For details on how we handle mobile information, see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Payment and subscription
The Service is currently invite-only. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, taxes, refund policy, and cancellation terms will be published before paid availability begins, and you will be asked to accept those terms separately.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your account content (FAQs, listings, descriptions, photo URLs, showing instructions). You grant SnappyTech LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate the Service for you.
The Service itself, including software, branding, documentation, and content (excluding your account content), is the property of SnappyTech LLC or its licensors.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Phone, calendar, email, and SMS delivery rely on third-party providers (including Twilio, Google, Resend, ElevenLabs, and Anthropic) whose outages are outside our control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly when issues occur.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnappyTech LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost bookings, lost revenue, lost data, or missed business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@reel-reception.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or with 30 days' prior notice for any other reason. Upon termination, your data is deleted or anonymized per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Nevada, except where applicable law requires another forum.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
